Senju33 Terms & Conditions – Transparent Rules for Malaysia's Betting Platform

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active senju33 account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or winnings.
• Non-Staff: senju33 employees, their immediate family members, and any parties with a direct interest in the platform's operations are not eligible to register as betting members.

• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate and current information during registration, including your full name as per your identification card, an active phone number and a valid email address.

• Bot Usage: The use of automated software, bots or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage in any game on senju33 is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

The security of your senju33 account is a shared responsibility. We provide robust security infrastructure, but you should also take the following steps to protect your account:

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Never share your senju33 account login details with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account security settings for an additional layer of protection.
• Log out of your senju33 account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Please report any suspected unauthorised access to your account to senju33 customer support immediately.

Senju33 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• Operating multiple accounts or attempting to abuse the senju33 bonus system
• Threatening, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour directed at staff or other members
• Use of automated software or technical methods to gain an unfair advantage

If your account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation. If your account is closed at your own request with no breach of terms, any balance that has not met the bonus wagering requirements will be deducted before the final payout is processed.

You may close your senju33 account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days following identity verification.

• Senju33 shall not be liable for any financial losses, data damage, or business disruption arising from your use of this platform.

In all circumstances, senju33's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account within the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter shall be referred to arbitration.
